This all-English seminar will be taught in an
intensive format with two introductory sessions preceding the final block
session to help participants acquire the necessary background for their
research:

February 2023, 6:15-7:45 PM – virtual preparatory session via ZOOM (see OLAT)
for a quick overview of the seminar and an introduction to possible
research topics. Students will be able to select their individual topics
for their oral presentations and written papers.

April, 6:15-7:45 PM, and 26 April 2023, 6:15-7:45 PM, R. 2.102 (RuW) – two face-to-face pre-sessions providing a foundation in
Japanese corporate governance.
- 16
to 18 June 2023, exact times TBD, R. 2.102 (RuW) – face-to-face intensive
seminar
with individual student presentations and group discussions (later to be
transformed into written papers).
